Sure I had coordinated small meetings, arranged catered luncheons, etc, but I had never coordinated a meeting of this magnitude! The shuttle service provided by Clarke Allen Events for the AOCA Annual Convention was handled in a very professional manner and I heard not ONE complaint from any of the attendees! The Grand Circus Party was enjoyed by everyone and the decorations, clowns, fun house mirrors, etc. supplied the festive atmosphere needed to help make it an outstanding success.

Our VIP dinner party in Charlotte was an unqualified success thanks to Clarke Allen Events! I continued to throw curve balls the day of the event and the solutions made the outcome even better.

Food and entertainment for 450 adults and children, multiple vendors and park licenses was all too much to add to my already overflowing plate. This our first convention that we have been to that there was not a single complaint about bus transportation. Your professional approach along with your concern for the safety and comfort of all our our attendees was very much appreciated” -56th National Square Dance Competition “Centerstage @ NoDa is a top notch facility. Our event travels across the country and has been held in 45 different facilities for the last 4 years. If you add all that up, that’s a whole lot of facilities, it’s a tough decision to say that Centerstage has been #1.

The event was spectacular, it was event better than I imagined. It has been two week since the event and my colleagues are still talking about how wonderful the event was. It was so successful that the company has decided to make it an annual event.

My experience with the staff and Centerstage was exemplary. I found them to be welcoming and helpful, responding promptly and professionally to all of my requests. The event space was outstanding, I look forward to our next occasion.

I just want to thank you for everything your staff put into our day. You made everything so pleasant and easy that working with you was just icing on the cake. I have gotten continuous comments on how beautiful and original it was.

Expectations were certainly raised by last years decor and designs and I would definitely say that this year’s Awards Gala met those expectations. I want to thank your team for your attention, time, and creativity in making this year’s event so special.
